Division of Student Affairs, an important and distinct role in the registration of new students and their distribution on the scientific sections and follow-up care of the administrative and scholastic until graduation and follow-up graduate students by providing them with documentation of graduation and support the validity of issue of the Institute .
It consists of the following units
1-Unit of Registration
2-Unit of certificate and Ratification
Unit of Registration
its duties :-
Distribute the students to the scientific departments .
Complete the registration process for students .
Achievement transactions transportation for students who wish to change their study .
Issuance students identities .
Preparation of monthly statistics for students .
Issuance of administrative orders for students who have failed .
Check the documentations of the high school .
Unit of certificate and Ratification
its duties :-
Certificate ratification.
Ratification of certificate .
Clearance for the students.
Student Hostel
It is called the students second house as they enjoy various
comfortable accommodations which facilitate their residence
out of their homes such as:
Guidance : there are a well trained day and night guidance staff
who monitor providing services to the students and are
responsible also for students fellow up during their stay in the
students hostel.Wide and comfortable rooms supplied with
refrigerators, washing machines, Cookers and air conditioners.
Round the clock Electricity and water supplies.
